Relay Worksheet
This is a tool for predicting times for the Distance Medley Relay and other relay events.  A "Central Catholic 2006" example is preloaded.  If you find a bug or have a suggestion please email me at feedback@4x800relay.org.

A note on predicting 1200m and 1600m times:  I use Peter Riegel's formula (t2 = t1 * (d2 / d1)^1.06) and require an actual 1500m time.  If a runner has a superior 800m time then this can improve the predicted 1200m time.
